BECA's children

Cecilia is in the fourth grade this year. She and her little sister Adriana live with their father, Genaro, in Cofradia. Genaro runs a chicken restaurant and played a big role in overseeing the construction of the school over last summer.

When Cecilia first began studying with us, her father had been told that she was "slow." Well, she is anything BUT slow. Cecilia is an incredibly sensitive, caring little girl who does very well in school when she receives the little bit of extra attention that it takes to motivate her to know she is very capable. We are very proud of everything she has accomplished in the last few years and we are especially excited to see her developing some of her musical and artistic talents.
