Update on BECA in the NYC Marathon
Veronica Cabezas recently scored a personal victory and a victory for BECA when she completed the 2006 New York City Marathon. She finished the race in 4 hours and 39 minutes and raised a total of $515 for BECA!
Veronica had this to say about the race: "It was a great experience! I did 4:39 and I felt perfect the whole race. I enjoyed the race, the people, the views and the other runners. I cried when I arrived to the finish line and screamed my happiness."
