Sinead is half Kenyan and half Irish. She graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2014 with a Masters in civil engineering. While a student there, she did two volunteer trips to an orphanage in Moldova, helping to take care of boys with mental and physical disabilities. After graduating, she went to Japan where she taught English to high school students for 3.5 years. There she developed her passion for education and love for Japan.
Sinead loves to travel, meet new people and learn about new cultures. She is adventurous and likes to try new things. She enjoys skiing, hiking and yoga. She is excited about this new challenge and looking forward to forming relationships with her students and the local community.
